Le chant maternel et l’enfant prématuré

Des nombreuses études montrent que la naissance prématurée et une conséquente criticité dans l'attachement entre mère et enfant peuvent influer sur développement cognitif et émotif de l'enfant.
Les recherches les plus récentes en ce domaine, en outre, suggèrent que l'exposition du nouveau-né prématuré à la stimulation musicale engendre une réduction du stress, un accroissement dans l'augmentation du poids et une conséquente réduction des temps et des coûts d'hospitalisation.
Une intervention non-pharmachologique, tel le renforcement de la relation vocale mère- bébé peut être un efficace instrument de soin et de prévention dans le domaine de la pathologie néonatale.
Objectifs
Évaluation des réponses et de l'état général de bien-être (ex. le niveau d'arousal de l'enfant, les caractéristiques des expressions du visage) du nouveau-né prématuré exposé au chant maternel pendant la période d'hospitalisation.
Renforcement de la relation vocale entre mère et enfant comme partie d'une amélioration plus générale de l'attachement.
